Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom products

• Health or hygiene-related items

• Clearance or final-sale products

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
